The Last Sanctuary is a game about humanity, doomed and forsaken in the future. A large community has been secured deep underground in a bunker of sorts. To prevent favoritism, you will oversee all inhabitants and you will aid them in moral and ethical problems. All from within your lonely space station will you guide the last sanctuary on Earth.

The game is also playable on my own website: click here!

The game is rich in features:

  • Many endings (for humanity)!
  • High scores (exportable/importable).
  • Decision-based gameplay.
  • A handful of puzzling achievements.
  • Art provided by Bogdan.
  • Music/audio by Cryo Chamber.
  • Easy controls (point-and-click).
  • Short play through time (or long).

Little note:

The game is "done", but most art will be replaced soon because roughly 15 pieces are made by me because I didn't want to rush Bogdan. Also, some texts could be a little raw and need some editing, please let me know in the discord server if you find any!

This is so cool. I like that the second time i played I had different dialog after the intro. A very immersive experience :]

I am glad to hear that you liked it!

in no way shape or form did i think it would be this good and easy to understand. At first it looked like you would have to actually code to play the game (and im not very good at it) but after actually reading what was on the screen i can make the right choices and try not to kill everyone :P

A difficult task for a space janitor!

Mushroom fumes, opened doors killing them, 1st experience, I think I made the right choice.

It certainly makes for a unique situation!

I knew this was gonna be cool the first time I saw the interface but  goddamn, I didn’t expect it to be so immersive. The writing is impeccable, the choices are so smart because they are not easy to make AND they make you think. I loved all of it. I played two rounds and had two completely different experiences, what a beautiful wonderful game (and kudos to all the testers and to Cryo Chamber, the soundtrack is marvellous, I am so in love with it).
